I'm building a portal and I want keep it cler as possible, so I create a special link section where to put all the free "software" I used to built it

So, my question is:
Is it possible take over this page on profiles ?
and, instead of that put a link with all thanks to www.joomlapolis.com ?
In case, wich is the best sistem to take over ? Is there a setup on configuration ?
