Hi. I had the same problem but I figured it out. Login as moderator op the front-end of the site, click on the user profile you want to approve and under Moderation approve image. That is it.

OK - I almost got there - but the only entry under moderate is 'report user'. CB workflows is reporting 'No Pending Actions'. Anyone got any ideas?

After publishing the CB WORKFLOW MODULE, I had logged into the frontend with my administrator account and I had the module appear. It told me that I had 2 items to approve. I clicked on the link and the avatars appeared. I clicked the checkmark to approve them. Simple after I followed the instructions from the README.TXT file (included in the download) and the suggestions from this thread.
