I'm using Joomla 1.0.8 and have the latest version of Community Builder.
Some of my uesers have the following problem:
when logging in (via IE?), the login screen just refreshes, it says the user is online (I can check it in the admin) but none of the menus are available.

Check joomla.org. I've had lots of problems with login with version 1.0.8. Mainly with joomla's login though and not CB's.
