Would not like to have information in the middle name field.

Just for the name field outputting First Name Last Name instead of like it is FirstName MiddleName LastName.

How would I come by this? It can be left on the reg form..any easy way to ignore what they inputted for middle name so mos_users wont read the middle name in the name field.
