In order to FTP you will need an FTP Client such as FileZilla, your FTP login credentials should have been sent to you via email which you will need for logging in through your FTP Client.

Once logged in you'll need to navigate to your webroot (public_html). I have not personally used Joomlapack so can not advise where you must place such backup package.

It's also possible for you to simply login via Virtualmin and use your File Manager to perform the upload if you do not have an FTP Client or can not configure it correctly.

Thanks! I setup Firezilla and ftp works.

However, when I click Upload in Virtualmin's File Manager, nothing happens.

Do I need to install something to get the Upload button to work in Virtualmin?

This will result in a pop-up, check the top of your browser to see if a pop-up has been blocked or check that your browser is not silently blocking all pop-ups. The pop-up is used for you to specify a file to upload.
