"Transfer each virtual server after it is backed up" should be unchecked if you download your backup to your server.

"Do strftime-style time substitutions on file or directory name" has no effect if you do not us e.g. %y, %m, %d in your directory/file name: it's more for automated backups where you want to have date in filename.
