Hi oates,

Ooops! As your PM of 27 March, that I found after searching,didn't have any mention of "refund" nor any synonyms thereof, and was just giving URL to this thread start with a paypal email, and as that this thread was marked as solved, I sincerely didn't realize it was a refund request, and marked erroneously that PM as solved too. Sorry about that.

I have now replied to your today's PM, so let's solve this by PM.
