Membership cancellation e-mail not going to user

I have setup a 'Email on cancellation by user' e-mail for a plan, however when the plan is cancelled, the e-mail is not being sent to the user who cancelled, only the BCC address (administrator).

Any ideas? :(

EDIT: :blush: it is working, but is delayed by approx 5 mins between each email

Glad its working - delay must be caused by other factors (server, hosting queues, etc).
