when i do a criteria search for cbsubs users and look for active subscribers of a certain plan that i offer it shows the users that have already expired also. these users are no longer active. i have set the validiy to only 7 days with only 1 occurence and to expire the subscription aftere the last recurring.
if you look at the individual by clicking and looking at their plan it shows they have expired but when i look them up using the criteria search it shows them active so i can not get an accurate count of the people that are currently subscribed to our free trial & active. how would i find only the members that are currently using our free trial and active meaning they have not yet expired.
i use joomla 1.7, CB 1.8 and cbsubs
