The picture you posted tells me you did not understand what I proposed.
You need to edit the section of the workflow tab that has:
Subscriptions upgrades workflows
frame.
You can also study the CBSubs manual on this.

I'm sorry if I do not understand but it's not this easy when English is not my native language...
Could you please post a screenshot so I could know where, what and how to set fields in order to not show the upgrade of the only public plan (A) on the subscription tab of the 2 other plans (B and C) (only available on URL in email)...
