Today the expiry emails is sent once the subscription is expired and the admin or the user logged in.

Is it possible create a cronjob to automatically generate the expiry emails when the suscription is expired ?

If yes, is it possible to have an example of code ?

I do not believe this is something that can be done automatically unless a cron (sorry no experience with crons) can login to Joomla Backend and navigate to CBSubs. For the time being the emails need to be triggered in the manners you've already described.

Did you find a solution for this? I really need this functionality.

I would eventually like the option to send an email say 1,2,3 or 4 weeks before it expires. For now just send it at least a few days before it expires or at least automatically send it without logging in.

Thanks,

BE

The issue is marked for implementation as a feature. sorry do not have a release date as to when it'll be implemented, but hopefully for next release. No progress on the ticket has been made as of yet, sorry.

This really needs to be done, I didn't realize that it worked this way unitl I just logged in to CBSubs and got an email sent that a plan expired back in April, I don't know what you all this about this, but this is a serious flaw in my opinion. Our course you already know that this is unacceptable, so I guess I have to set an outlook reminder to login to CBSubs. I'm sorry but you gotta see that this is something one has to laugh about knowing all the expertise that has gone into this application. It's excellent, don't get me wrong, but it's strange that know one caught this sooner.
