Question about payment gateways was created by sentix
Hi,
is it possible to enable a gateway only for a certain plan? Or, better: is there a gateway available that allows direct debit of a bank account?

No such gateway exists and if it did it would need to be a bank specific setup.
You can experiment with the owner id parameter (Plan pricing tab last parameter and payment gateway general settings parameter). Put same id in these and then payment gateway can only be used with plans that have same ownership id.

for our purposes it would be fine to have an integrated storage option for bank account number, iban etc.
the "handling" with the bank could be done "offline" by us.

I do, but it would be a great feature if the user would be asked for his bank accounr data as he would be asked for the invoicing address ... We have solved this issue by setting up cb fields and requesting people to use a link to our own component send by mail (pending payment mail of the plan). This is very inconvenient and people tend to "miss" the point ...
