Install issue on local test server

Install issue on local test server was created by mozgras

I've backed up my live site with akeeba and I ran the installer in my local MAMP server. It seems that I cannot access the site. When I delete the cbsubs folders I'm able to load the site a least, but I'm guessing that there is a licensing problem which is blocking the site from working.
Do you have a workflow of how to migrate a live site to a local test server?

I am guessing that your localhost does not have ioncube installed.
