Is there an ETA on when 1.1 will move from beta to stable release?

Very soon hopefully. We're performing some additional bug fixes and additional testing, but can not provide a release date.

Thank you.

How can I go about downloading a copy of 1.1 beta for use now?

You'll need to contact Nick regarding our workgroups, but our workgroups is strictly for those who wish to help better the product and test it. It is NOT a way to obtain an early release for usage in a live site, workgroup releases are for testing ONLY any other usage can result in disastrous results if a fatal bug is present. If you're not technical savvy either it's advised to just wait for a stable release as the same assistance here is not given to workgroups.
