You could use CBSubs SQL Actions to perform the queries (assuming your database tables are in the same database). Otherwise you can use CBSubs URL to execute a code file to perform queries to insert the data into your database. To my knowledge this would be your only two options (unless you can send emails to an address that process the information in the email you could then use CBSubs Emails). This won't address existing donations, subscriptions, etc... though; you'll have to add them manually.
