I did go to (Line 537 of the components->com_comprofiler->plugin->language->cbpaidsubscriptionsenglish->english.php) and it didn't have any effect on the frontend. Was there anything else i should have done when installing the CBSub language plugin?? I read that it would publish itself after install.

Yes, it should be automatically published in your CB Plugin list (is it?).

Anyway, I made the following change to line 537:

[code:1]"You can access to this %s with following %s plans:" => "Hi there! You can access to this %s with following %s plans:",[/code:1]

and then tried to access a restricted menu item and everything appears to work ok.

I see your "=>" is green, mind is blue, could this be why it's not responding?

Glad it works for you :)

Make sure to keep your changes backed up, so that you don't overwrite them when upgrading.

There is no strings changes between 1.0.0 and 1.0.1 in frontend, so no need to change the language plugin.

I have the same issue, changes I make to the cbpaidsubscriptionsenglish/english.php have no effect what so ever to the frontend. I have tried clearing cache in joomla without any effect at all.

A very annoying issue. Help is strongly appreciated!!!
