Can't Submit support ticket was created by erichf

I tried to submit a support ticket. After filling out the captcha and clicking submit, the system displays an error at the top of the page:

Server error log (Joomla debug mode and maximum error reporting on) is required

Just thought you'd want to know.

Hi erichf,

Your content probably triggered our application-level firewall.

In such a case, just submit a short ticket, then reply per email to the ticket opening confirmation with the details.
