Where to purchase advanced CB templates

Where to purchase advanced CB templates was created by eecmn
Can anyone recommend where to purchase more advanced CB templates?
I also tried the free "JF Connecto" template, but it gives the below error on install. They do not seem to have good support for this free template either as my question to their forum site I not answered.
Extensions->Manage->Upload Package File and pointing to their jf_connecto_cb_20_v1.2_INSTALLER.zip gives:
Warning
JInstaller: :Install: Can't find Joomla XML setup file.
Error
Unable to find install package

connento is a joomla template that also has a cb template counterpart.
It needs to be installed using the Joomla extension manager, just like any joomla extension/template.
I am not aware of anyone selling just CB templates.
