Header width 100%

Hello

how i could make "My Community template header width 100% , regardless of the Template Width ( fixed/variable) i choosed

There's no parameter for that. You'd have to completely override the CSS with your own. Remove the margin on the body element and adjust the column widths accordingly. The below would probably work after setting it to variable width.

body {
	margin: 0;
}

#maincol {
	width: 80%
	margin-left: 20%;
}

#leftcol {
	width: 20%;
	margin-left: -100%;
}
