Apache Protect

This CBSubs^TM Folder Protection integration plugin, when installed and published, will enable you to protect specific website folders (up to 5) based on CBSubs^TM plans. A folder specified for protection will automatically be given 2 extra files (folder permission need to allow this): the htaccess file and the htpasswd file. To unprotect a website folder later on you will need to manually remove the htaccess file from the folder (the htpasswd can remain if you want).

Some example use cases for this integration plugin are:

• Provide controlled access to repository folder.
• Restrict part of your site (or even a subdomain) for priviledged members.

 NOTE: An apache webserver (the kind used on most Linux hosts) is required for this plugin to work properly.
