In the list editing admin area: in "user group to allow access to", the note to the far right says "All groups above that level will also have access to the list"...

It took me a long time to figure out that this apparently means groups displayed BELOW the selected group in the list box...right?

Very difficult to understand. Recommend that you reword!

When they say all groups above that level it does not mean above what you just selected in that list. It means above that access level. So if you select regitered user it would also give access to all those above that access level including Administrators, etc.
