I got the same issue on a similar set up:

WAMP Installation v1.50
Apache 1.3.33 (win32)
PHP 5.1.1
MySQL 5.0.16nt

Running CB RC2 through Joomla 1.04

Uninstalled and reinstalled for good measure.

Open admin.comprofiler.html.php

Go to line 2762:

Change

[code:1]<?[/code:1]

to

[code:1]<?PHP[/code:1]

Done.
