scroll bar problem in CB Lists

scroll bar problem in CB Lists was created by hfhs
I am having a problem with the scroll bar not working in my CB Lists or profile on my web site, only with IE. They work fine with Firefox and Netscape. Anyone else having this problem? I have searched and can't find anything on it.

I should mention that this problem only occurs if you grab the scroll bar and try to drag it down, it will not move. If I use the scroll wheel it works fine.

Try changing the site template to see if it's template related.

We would have heard of it if it would have been a general problem.
