Problem with mod_comprofileronline was created by coachy
Hello,

I am french, then excuse my bad english.
Well, i installed CB RC2 yesterday and i have a first problem.

When i want to see who is online on the website and if i have the back end open, i can see the user "admin" who is connected.
But when i click on the name in the front end, there is an error message. (You are not authorized to view this page! )

Is it possible to "desactivate" the possibility to see "admin" online or see in the FE the profil of this admin ?

Thanks for your help

If you want to disable the function to view the usernames in the who is online mod go to the configuration of the module and change it to display # of guest/members.
It seems to be switched on both (number and names) on your website.

When you want to allow access to the profils for everybody go to the configuration of CB and then on the tab "userprofil".
There you can change, who is allowed to access the profils.

Thanks for your answer.

I don't want to disable ALL the username but only The Administrator" username.

In the configuration of the module "mod_comprofileronline", it's not possible to choose one to disable it.

That feature is currently not supported.

You could post it as a feature request if it does not already exist at developer.joomla.org.

.

I noted the same thing. I suggest that you change "admin" to another login that not as obvious - and hope that nobody clicks on it. Sounds dumb... But simply having the word "admin" on the front end always causes me to try and click through...

a bientot!
