Parse error: syntax error

Moved from Joomla to Drupal
Parse error: syntax error was created by Billy Boy
As you can see from my sig, this prob may be caused by a number of things; maybe I'm even in the wrong forum.
When trying to post in smf, I get this:
[code:1]Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_BOOLEAN_AND in /home/coolasm/public_html/forum/Sources/Subs-Post.php on line 737[/code:1]
That line is:
[code:1]if (!empty($row) && ($row == 1 || ($row > 1 && ($row || !empty($modSettings)))) && $row == 1) && $notify[/code:1]
I posted ok b4 installing CB.
I'd most appreciate any advice.

No prob: it was an smf mod causing it - now removed.
