This one has me stumped. I am trying to edit the user list title bar and text and for the life of me I cannot seem to locate where it is! I even did a search across my entire root folder for the color codes. Nothing significant turned up. I have attached a screen shot to show the exact item I am talking about.


I am trying to edit the background color of the bar and the letter style and color as well.
Any help on this would be much appreciated!
