This is an easy fix I am sure but I do not like to play with other peoples code.

The drop down field values do not appear in an email sent to the administrator, even after having added those fields to the default-language.php

'cb_fieldofwork' and 'cb_courses' are two fields from drop down select boxes, one a multiple select and one a single select. The other custom fields (text box and textarea box) show up fine.
