CB module not appearing on website

Same problem here.
I have a joomla 2.5.6 site with 5 pages. CBLogin (cb1.8.1) does not show up with one exception:
page 1 | page 2 | page 3 | page 4 | page 5
The CBLogin does appear only on page 2 when I come from page 3. When I go to page 2 from any of the other ones, or generally being on any other page, it does not appear.

it would be interesting and helpful (also to you) if you would say on which template you are trying! It' one of the official?

Have you enabled show in all pages for the login module?

Template is jMint-TG and yes, show on all pages is enabled.
I updated yesterday my Joomla from 1.7.3 to 2.5.6 and CB from 1.7 to 1.8.1.
Problems began after updating.
