Hi,
I have a reminder page problem.
May be javascript confliction, I only see _UE_LOST_PASSWORD_EMAIL_ONLY_DESC(If you lost your password, please enter your E-mail Address...) on the page.
The problem page is below.

I appreciate it if someone could help me.
