I am working on a site that is installed in a subfolder of another site. It is a small, semi-private site, without its own domain name. As an example, think of it as

www.mainsite .com/sitetwo/index.php

- my problem is that CB tries to use the subfolder twice; so when I click register or login or lost password, etc. it goes to

www.mainsite .com/sitetwo/sitetwo/index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=registers

instead of

www.mainsite .com/sitetwo/index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=registers

How can I fix this?

[edit] As a note I should have included from the first; the rest of the Joomla site all works properly with no pathing issues. It is only CB and CB related links which have these issues.
