I'm wanting to do a registration form for users with more fields.

However I am not able to divide data with residential and business data on registration form.

I could not get a line or a note from the fields.

Using the theme yoo-balance using warp6.

Joomla 2.5.4 and CB 1.8.1

my idea would be a form of signing a use plan. For example: I have six different plans, each plan has the option of paying monthly, quarterly, semiannually or annually. After filling will be directed to the PayPal payment

Could someone help me?
