I am a new of community builder. How can I make my user profile with direct username name?

ex: my user id 77 name is alova71

Change URL from:
www.mywebsite.com/index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=userProfile&user=77

To
www.mywebsite.com/alova71

How is the way to do that?
