Does anyone have any experience with using a chat software with CB?

I have been looking at JBolo from the Joomla Extens. Gallery. I sent them a mail asking if they would let me test it out on my site before shelling out 30 bucks.

Is there any out there that integrate well?

I think it's better first to try the cheaper part! I use it only for my purposes.

JBolo is OK but looks a tad too... plagiarismey if you know what I mean.

Depends what kind of community you're running I guess, but people already have a Facebook, they sign up to a new community cos they want something different.

Freichat is good, I like that, but it does mess with your server load time, really clogs your server down, pages that should normally take 0.4 seconds to load can take anything up to 5 seconds instead.

One of the best I've used is FCChat.

Fully integrated with Kunena & Community Builder, costs $1 a month (or you can buy the server for a one-off fee)

It has 2 player games, whiteboard, doodles, audio & video chat, chat rooms, instant messaging, auto-login etc etc etc.
