Direct Access to this location is not allowed. is showing up when I try to add a new field. was created by rklein
I upgraded my site to 2.5 and also upgraded CB. When I go to add a new field now it says Direct Access to this location is not allowed.. Can you help with what this is and how to fix?

Means most likely that you have some CB plugin installed that is not Joomla 2.5 ready.

Is there a way to check which Plugins are not compatible?

All plugins we offer should be ok (make sure you have the latest).
You should make a list of other plugin (not ours) and disable one at a time to check if you still get error.

Hello
Suddenly found I had the same problem - site backend was all working correctly as I happily built the site.
Then on to creating new CB fields this is when I noticed the problem.
I have unpublished every plugin except the language and core plugins
Now I get a blank page when trying to create a new field
Editing an existing field is working though.
Debugging anbeld but no errors
Any help is most appreciated.

Found the issue but not sure why
having unpublished all plugins as previously mentione, I still had the same issue.
I then uninstalled all cb_subs plugins, Now have access to create new field.
Using CB1.9
Joomla 2.5.11
CB_subs 1.30 rc2 (As this is the most recent support subscription I have for CB subs and still building site so not ready to implement subs yet
