I have CB core 1.9 and J2.5.14 installed

The strange after this update is only super user (as me) and the other webmaster can login through CB Module on front-end; the normal registered users view the following message:

Please log in or register to view or modify your profile.

The only other error message visible in dev error reporting is :

Strict Standards: Declaration of JCacheControllerPage::store() should be compatible with that of JCacheController::store() in /xxx/yyyy/zzzzz/www/scandps.org.uk/libraries/joomla/cache/controller/page.php on line 199

Any idea (possible ACL table corruption?)
