If a user can not log in and new password is sent, they still can not log in. It keeps looping back to Incorrect user name and password. When a user updates their profile, this starts to happen with them as well.

Problems started when updated to Joomla 3.2 and CB 1.91

Need a fix or direction quickly.

Any help would be appreciated.
