Wrong Username/Password Redirection page

Wrong Username/Password Redirection page was created by shyamgonline
I have a multilingual website, Eng & German.
Here is the login module link:
Eng: dream-roomart.com/partner-login-en
German: dream-roomart.com/de/partner-de
When I put wrong password into German login module it gives me correct redirection to same German module.
But when I put wrong username/password into English module it redirects me to German Module. Why is that happening? How can we solve this? I want it to redirect to the same module or to specific page.

Can you replicate this on a clean Joomla install with CB 191?

Means that if you can replicate this issue on a new install with just Joomla and CB thne it is an issue that can be fixed in Joomla or CB.
If you cannot replicate, then something else perhaps that you have installed is causing this.
