"Save" Button does not work on CB User Managment

Hello. I'm running Joomla 1.5.21 and CB 1.3.1. This install is a clone of an earlier install on a different server. In order to make the cloning I opened a new Joomla install on my server and the administrators of the old server installed on my server all required components and plugins. After that I imported the database using phpMyAdmin. On the help tab I get this info about my system:

I have tried to figure it our reading the forums, but none of the solutions applied to similar problems has been effective. I read in some other thread it might be an issue with unpublished tabs, so I'm attaching screenshots of the tabs info to this message.
