Hello CB People

I'm stuck in a look where no matter how my users attempt to login they are redirected to this type of link and they are not permitted to login

It occurs when clicking on external links.

Any suggestion on why this occurring?
I have disabled almost all plugins, components and modules.

I'm running 1.5.22
CB 1.3.1
CB SUBS 1.1.2

I want to be clear about this from what I read in some other posts.

I want to uninstall all of CB and CBSUBS and do a full fresh install

Will I loose any or all of my user/user subscription information or will that be retained and replaced once I reinstall?

Thinking something got corrupted when I did the CB Subs update cause everything worked fine until then.
