Login Module not working after CB upgradation

Login Module not working after CB upgradation was created by dmahe
After upgrading community builder, we are not able to login through the new login module.
If we give the username and password and click on "Login", 404 page is coming.
And, the same is the case, if we click on "New Registration". If we click on "Register for this Site", a 404 page is coming.
Can anybody please tell the solution for this ?
