I am in the early stages of development of a new site. At the very top of all page is a "Login" link that opens a popup form for username and password. The submit button does not show up on the form but a text link does. I also have a copy of the form in the right column, and the submit button is present there. My site is at airlinebitchboard.com/

I know that the button issue can be fixed, because it works at battlefieldspost144.net/ (see 'Member Login' next to date)

Any ideas?
