Download Issues

I am having a slightly different problem that may or may not be related. The download seems to work fine, but I get a pop up message saying "Windows cannot open the folder - the compressed (zip) folder is invalid." When I right click the zip file the properties tab indicates it's got 6.58mb of data in it, but when I try to unzip (extract) the file a message pops up saying "the compressed zip folder is empty".

means your download is incomplete - please download again turning off any download managers you might have.

Thanks, tried that but no luck. Perhaps it's because I am on wifi in an African hotel. They may have limits. Will wait until I get home and try again. Thanks for getting back to me.

Thanks, will post an update here when I get home in a few weeks - or if I get on a better connection and download successfully during my travels. David

It worked. It must have been the dodgy connection. Thanks
