We have CB and CB Subs on a Joomla 3.4.4 website.

We have 2 different kinds of members, 'Regular' and 'Special' members. What we need is for Special Members to be able to have shortlists of members. The Special Members need to be able to create unlimited shortlist and be able to add and remove as many members as they want to each shortlist. Then they need to be able to share a particular shortlist with other Special Members. They could email the other Special Member a link to the shortlist or name of the shortlist or whatever so the other Special Member can access the list of members.

Do you have any ideas on how this could be done?
