I want to start using CB 1.7. On my testsite everything works fine. On production site i cannot use fieldmanagement. I get the error message:

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand

I did some investigation myself. It looks if it has something to do with apache setting regarding LimitRequestFieldSize directive. It exceeds the server limit. Can this be caused by a software bug that the limit is exceeding only on fieldmanagement? However it is stated in the apache documentation normally this should not be altered. It can only be changed by administrator of the hosting party because it is a core/virtual host directive. Below are the version listed used on my test/production site

Hope you can help me out. Because without filemanagement CB is not useful.

I reported this issue also to my hosting provider. It turned out to be an error coming from mod_security. They placed my domain name on the white list and the problem is gone.
