Please note that when posting something that you feel is a potential CB bug you need to provide the following:

1. Exact version of Joomla
2. Exact version of CB
3. Exact steps to reproduce from scratch on a clean Joomla/CB installation

If you cannot provide a clean install reproduction process to show the issue, then the issue is not a CB bug but most likely a support issue on your environment caused by something else outside of CB that you have.
