report user for CB workflows

this is not working, i get an email to say that a user is report.

when I go to cb workflows module, it says 4 users reported.

when I click on the 4 users is gives me a blank list.

The uid in the link to report user is blank, although I am using {fld id}.

any ideas?

i've got this to work

problem is during testing the 'users reported' total is 9.

how can I zeroise this?

There are no records showing when I click the link to see the workflow items.
