Hello there-

We have a client that notifies their members that their subscription is running out via email/snail mail. These members will then sometimes mail in a check. We can upgrade the membership by going into the administrative backend and upgrading/renewing the membership via the CBUsers interface. So far, so good.

The problem we're running into is we'd like to see is these upgrades/renewals showing up in the payment basket so that the accountant my go in and mark them as paid for their record keeping.

We can't upgrade these individuals through the front end because they are currently not logged in (we've only received a check in the mail). In order to do so we would have to set their password to something we know so that we can log in, upgrade their membership through the front end, and then the user would have to reset their password the next time they use the site.

Any idea on how to get membership changes that happen through the admin backend to show up in the payment basket (preferably as "offline")?
