I've installed the Welcome plugin, it sends the email to the new user but at the bottom of the email shows %livesite% instead of the site url

The situation is as described in this thread:

As mentioned in the above thread,

With the pmsmypmspro plugin the mail shows %livesite% at th bottom instead of the url.

With the uddeIM plugin then shows rn at the new lines.

Could you tell me how to solve this please ?
