Hey guys I've tried every plugin/component to migrate my users from my Joomla 1.0 and CB 1.0 to my new site which is running Joomla 1.5. I can't seem to import my users. I have used the search function but none of the solutions have worked for me.

I can't even seem to import the backed up database and put it in the new SQL database.
