That's from you forum page, so in your CSS just define the sb_footer class to a smaller font.

As for the overall forum font size, that's typically controlled by the same CSS that's controlling your normal page font size so if you increase your pages font size your forums font will increase as well.

You might also look at the sectiontableentry1 and 2 and increase their font size and see if it does what you are looking for.
